IT Recruiter | HR Generalist
As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a diligent and organized IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Moldova. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations efficiently, ensuring employee satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our IT department.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the IT department, helping to centralize communication and coordination for matters related to recruitment and staffing in the IT domain.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open IT positions.
- Streamline the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Enhance candidate engagement and improve retention.
- Contribute to the performance management of IT employees.
- Lead the Succession Planning
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Technical Recruiter & HR position minimum 2 years
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, knowledge of Jira, Slack, Salesforce and other IT platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Punctual, dynamic, and reliable work ethic, fast learner and adaptive
