HR Documentation Specialist

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a diligent and organized HR Documentation to join our HR team in Moldova. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR Documentation flow and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform human resources records management work
  • To conduct research and analysis of work, and prepare job descriptions
  • To keep records of employees involved in hiring, transfer, and dismissal of employees
  • To enter employee information into the company’s internal information systems
  • To cooperate with the company’s bank on the opening of salary bank cards for employees
  • To advise employees on labor legislation
  • To control the documentation flow regarding all legal issues

The hired person will be designated person responsible for:

  • Protecția datelor
  • Securitatea si sanatatea in munca
  • Acordarea primului ajutor medical
  • Cereri, ordine ( angajare, transfer, concediu anual, demisie) și procese-verbale
  • Ordine de concedii paternale, maternitate
  • Regulamente interne (regulamentul cu privire la angajarea salariaților, regulamentul cu privire la desfășurarea anchetei de serviciu etc.)
  • Contracte ( contractul individual de muncă, contractul de confidențialitate, contractul cu privire la răspunderea materială etc.);
  • acorduri aditionale, anexe atasate la contractul de munca
  • Contracte de mandat si fisele de post
  • Dosare personale, fisa personala a angajatului
  • Statele de personal
  • Documente privind Securitatea si sanatatea in munca
  • Tabel de pontaj
  • Calculele privind concediul de odihna (zilele)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law faculty;
  • Experience in HR Administration at least 1 year is required;
  • Medium level of English B1;
  • People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting;
  • Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information;
  • Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and responsible;
  • Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs.
